Over the course of 8 months, my copy spurred a 50% increase in both reach and engagement on Instagram.

Background


I’ve been part of the Go Milk Yourself team for three years now, and 2022 has proven to be a year of exponential growth. With my copy support and strategic ideas, the average number of clients served in a given month quadrupled between March 2022 and November 2022.


Most clients connect with Go Milk Yourself on Instagram. Therefore, the company prioritizes stellar copy for posts, reels, captions, and DM’s – which they trust me to deliver!


The Problem


In September 2022, our team realized that we were not realizing revenue commensurate with our high website traffic referred by Instagram. The outdated website was costing us customers and revenue. So we decided to create a whole new site!


Project Strategy


When we started working on the new website, Francie (CEO and founder) told me people had to know that Go Milk Yourself is FUN and EFFECTIVE. So that’s the vibe I created with the copy.


There’s so much witty wordplay incorporated into this website! And at the same time, I powerfully communicate the unique expertise of GMY providers.


The result is a brilliant customer journey that engenders trust and confidence in the end benefit promised.
